Your brain is made of food, making your food choices so important to brain health. More and more, the latest research is showing the link between dietary intake and conditions like depression. The smallest choices each day can make a real difference in improving mental and emotional well-being, stabilizing your moods, and improving your focus. It all begins with avoiding the processed and fried foods that are primary players in the modern diet and stocking up on foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids, magnesium, and other vitamins and nutrients found in nature’s pharmacy.

 

There are a lot of opinions out there, and even more agendas, so be careful when researching this subject that you keep an open mind and also vet the sources through which the information comes.
