This is one of the most popular meditations we have done and although it's nearly 15 years old it has stood the test of time. We made the shorter version for those who wouldn't have the time or inclination to do the longer meditation.
Even if you don't watch this version in its entirety, please listen to the 16 points and write them down. You will find more than half applies to you in some way - and so there is great benefit in doing this exercise and reflecting on how the principles apply to your life.
